How Subliminals Can Help You Fight Off Negative Thoughts

perpetuation of bad examples

Unfortunately, and although we would not like to admit it, negative thoughts are the main driving force behind most of the world’s population right now. We already live in an environment of bad news, bad perceptions and an ecosystem of mistrust. We are driven to the wall by the promotion of bad habits, the perpetuation of bad examples and an attitude of complacency that overarches the world today as we know it. Whatever good there might have been in us is now decaying faster and faster in a capitalist world that divides the poor and rich in vulgar degrees - faster than the ozone finally leaving the outer tresses of the world as we know it. We are, as humans, losing control little by little of ourselves as we surrender and ingratiate ourselves into this zeitgeist - but it is high time for a change. We need to break out of our flawed, negative thought processes - it is time to reset yourself. Fight off negative thoughts; learn how subliminals can make it much easier.

Our subconscious is the one responsible for our being influenced by negativity. The negative vibes in the world are absorbed into our cerebrum faster than a sponge in the sea and it shapes us into the negative individuals we have become today. Why do you think there are more obese people in the world today than hundreds of years ago? Why do you think cigarette companies are laughing to the bank no matter what recession plagues our global economies? This is because that no tragedy can turn around addiction and addiction is wired into our nature - so much so that we view things as cool and as fad. This is subliminal technology at work - when a company that essentially sells a roll of leaves peppered with more toxic chemicals than in a nuclear waste plant - and we think it is cool; it’s subliminal persuasion at work. Advertising is subliminal persuasion at work because the obvious and the unobvious in advertising campaigns are messages that latch on to your subconscious and take over the reigns of your life.

It is time to fight fire with fire. If you can be programmed into being an addict, why should there be any reason that you can’t be reprogrammed back to normal? How many times have you heard yourself say that you will ‘quit’ next week or you need just a bit of time more to do that thing you always wanted. What are we afraid of? Fear - it is the one thing that hinders us from progressing onward, because we fear change, we fear outgrowing the mundane, we fear leaving our comfort zones. Self improvement must always start at the top and now we have subliminal technology to drive away negative thoughts and make us ask a simple question - why didn’t I do this earlier?

Exactly. Why didn’t you do this earlier? Why didn’t you take action when you could? Why are you always putting yourself down and looking at the world in a bad light? It is time to stop asking the questions which you already know the answer to. It is time to take action.

What Happens When You Experience Overwhelming Self-Doubt?

overwhelming self-doubt

This is a position that nobody wants to be in. This is the factor that impedes the development of character and self improvement. This is where we do not want to be - and once we surrender to this, there is almost no where to turn again. It is a dark abyss, treacherous and full of quicksand patches of depression, anger and irrational fear that can sink us further into this hole in our life. What happens when you experience overwhelming self-doubt?

You feel as though you have become someone else. You look in the mirror and don’t know who exactly is staring right back at you. These hands are not yours that raise to shield away the reflection you see before you. The voice is not yours that brands yourself a failure and the floor has overtaken your vision as you look down - and you find inveritable truth in those miserable thoughts. You have lost all control. You cannot do anything and are stuck in a negative cycle that overtakes you - wave after wave that crashes into your once solid foundation and now has whittled it away to nary more than a beach of eroding sand - a mere shadow of what you used to be.

This leads to depression and depression is the strange bedfellow of self-doubt. A person suffering from self-doubt can suffer anxiety attacks, and their outlook on life is dark and morbid, often pessimistic and negative towards others. You shy away from your friends and even your family because you have irrational hate or fear - the very emotions that will lead you to nothing but loneliness. And alone, you wallow in your self pity, you let the depression gnaw away at the frayed bits of your sanity until you can take no more. Depression drives you to a mania. You quit your job and you wander aimlessly without care and concern for yourself or others, seemingly looking in from a place that is exclusively and tormentingly yours. And you spy the noose, the blade and the pill as solace - the final solution.

This is a dark picture and a possible but far destination for us who are sometimes visited by that monster called self doubt. It may just whisper to us now but soon the voice will get louder and louder and we might have no choice but to listen to it.

Never allow it to get that far. We need to reprogram our mind and remove the monster from the recesses of our subconscious because ladies and gentlemen - this is where it lives. It feeds on the negative experiences and the bad influences of the world, advertising and examples we see and hear everyday. It is awakened by the failures in our lives - failures we allow to take over and breathe more life into this monster. The solution is out there - technology or even traditional methods that allow you to reach in and destroy the monster of self-doubt and take back your life. Psychological and subliminal - it’s time for an alternative solution.

Subliminal Positive Thinking Will Change Your Life!

Have you ever heard of positive thoughts attracting good fortune? Or realised that more often than not the happy people in life are optimists? Have you ever observed that people who stay calm during the worst crisis are generally the ones who do not harbor negative thoughts? You must have noticed that most successful people have supreme faith in their abilities and believe that they deserve success.

If we open our eyes we will see examples of the miracles of positive thinking everywhere. Yet most of us end up spending half our lives worrying about or expecting the worst! Why? Has stressing over it ever prevented the problem from appearing? Has expecting the worst ever made it easier to handle a crisis when it does happen? Isn’t it nicer to expect good fortune? At least you are saved the anxiety of spending hours expecting the worst. Isn’t it nicer to live a carefree life instead of spoiling our now thinking about tomorrow…when we are not even sure of what it might bring? However, this problem is only real within your mind. It seems to control us. Even if we proise to change and start thinking more positively our negativity can sneak back in and bring worry, stress and general genativity at every opportunity.

Positive thinking and Re-programming the mind

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could learn to control our thoughts? If only we could control our mind instead of it working the other way? However, re-programming your brain requires a lot of effort at both the conscious and the deeper subconscious levels of your mind. The following approaches might be of help:

Efforts at the Conscious level:

Positive Affirmations:

Telling yourself that you deserve the best constantly will help bring about a shift in your perception. The logic is simple, if you are told throughout your life that you are a bad dancer, no matter how much potential you have you’ll eventually start viewing yourself as someone with two left feet. If you keep telling yourself that you do deserve the bst then slowly but surely you will start to believe it until it actually becomes your realty.

Consciously diverting your mind-

Every time you catch your mind sneaking in dark thoughts, make a conscious effort to divert your attention to a positive thought. Just as anything that you do repeatedly becomes a habit, with time thinking positive will also become a habit.

Efforts at the Subconscious level:

Clinical Hypnosis-

Clinical hypnosis is a therapy through which a trained practitioner can delve into your subconscious and reprogram your mind. This is most beneficial to remove deep seeded negative thoughts, or even when your life is really suffering due to your constant negative thinking.

Subliminal messages-

This is a do-it-yourself approach. Subliminal messages have the power to influence your subconscious - there are even postive thinking subliminal cds. The easiest way to send subliminal messages into your mind is through the use of audio cds. In such Cds subliminal messages are usually hidden behind music, but they can be played in reverse, mixed in with the music, or speeded up, or slowed down. These messages are usually played past the level of our human hearing - i.e. above 20,000 Hz. People who believe in the power of subliminal cds claim that listening to them repeatedly can reprogram your mind and make it easier for you to control your thoughts.

The key to keeping a positive mindset no matter what is to align your subconscious mind with your conscious goals.

Let Go of Your Failures - 4 Things To Ask Yourself Before You Can Succeed

Let Go of Your Failures

Before you begin to read this article, keep in mind three words: State of mind. These three words will be an integral point of discussion in this article, so take a minute to reflect on your state of mind. We are the decisions we make, we are our attitudes and our ambitions - and how diluted these are, or how strong they are; are totally dependent on us. If you have lived through life tripping over your own failures that seem to come at you thick and thin, then it’s time to stop and think. It’s time to re-assess what you are doing and rewrite your life story so that you can let go of your failures. This article will outline 4 things to ask yourself before you can succeed.

Do you have a plan? Life is a strategy. Success is a road you must build yourself to punch through the thickening thickets of failures that seem to grow around you. Envision yourself 5 years down the road; where are you and what have you accomplished? Are you happy where you are? What do you plan to do with your life right now that will ensure that you will be happier later on? It is high time that you stop floundering about and stagnating in failure. Take action. Have a plan. Look at your finances, look at your relationships, look at yourself. If you are going astray then it’s time to correct your course.

Is there something stopping you? Is a past experience or a fear making you hold back? Psychologists all over the world concur that the biggest inertia to succeed that afflicts a lot of people is bad experiences that affect them consciously or subconsciously. Undesirable past experiences may mould our subconscious into something that hinders us from moving forward. It’s time to take control of your life and stop letting the past hold you down.

Is there a part of your life that is constantly holding you back? How creative are you in solving this problem yet still being buoyant in life? Perhaps it’s time to pause and reflect on your life. It could be your job that is slowly killing you or a ’so-called’ friend that seems to always be bringing you down. Shed that negative aspect of your life and free yourself from its oppressive chains. Then and only then can you move forward.

It’s time for you to shed the cocoon of failure that has kept you imprisoned from success. It’s time for a metamorphosis. Are you ready for that change? Every little thing you do can help to shape the new man or woman. Gaining confidence has an effect like a tiny snowball down a sharp cliff. Once you get going you can’t stop. Wear new clothes, smile more at people, smile at yourself in the mirror. If the old you has been held down by failure, it only makes sense for you to change and shed the skin of the old you in order for you to spread your wings and soar ever higher.

You are the most important person in the world and you cannot afford to hold on to your failures. After all, who else can help you if even you can’t help yourself?

Reject Failure To Win In Life

Psychology of Winning

Failure is something that is part of our lives. No one can avoid it and it starts the minute we are born. Think about it; has anyone ever been able to walk before they learn how to crawl first? These early life lessons are crucial because they teach us that the world is often not a pretty picture and can set us up for disappointments. But there is a reason why we shouldn’t become used to it to the point that we expect failure to turn up at every corner. When this happens, failure becomes our happy bedfellow and we embrace it not because we are willing, but because we can’t help but be attracted to it. We need to adopt the psychology of winning. This article will tell you the ways you can do that, and how to reject failure in your life.

Winning attitudes, psychologically set to succeed and having a spirit to overcome any and all odds that come our way; achieving this isn’t easy, but neither is it impossible. First let’s talk about desire and its importance in this equation. Desire makes up most of our determination in fighting for what we want Wanting something badly is already half the battle won because it gives us the drive necessary to find any avenue and any route possible to achieve our aims in life. Not many of us are aware of it, but we are magnets for failure, because we don’t fight hard enough to reject failure; our sense of determination isn’t as strong as it should be.

Fact is, we have become a fast food nation of people who want the immediate and usually don’t like to wait around for the better quality of success. Admit it, humans have evolved into a lazy species with the advent of technology and expect success to come running. It really is quite dispiriting to see. What I am proposing is a wait and see approach and throw in a bit of hard work now and then. You will be amazed with the results. It’s like rowing to a deep part of an ocean, unchartered and foul with rumours of a bountiful catch yet untouched. You sit there and wait and not a single fish bites. But instead of packing up and leaving, why not wait for a little while longer? Why not be creative in your approach, why not use better bait? You might just take home a whale of a catch and can feed yourself for the next few summers and winters.

The entire point of the psychology of success is to just get a taste of what it can do to the human spirit and how it can rekindle life and pull away the drab curtain and cloudy horizons that we always seem to see when we look out the windows of our soul. Once we build this momentum, we will never stop trying to succeed because the exhiliration that comes with success is like an euphoric drug that we can’t get rid of. This is the psychology of winning and soon you won’t have to reject failure - it won’t be there anymore.

How To Bring Abundance Into Your Life

listen to a wide range of advice

Abundance begets abundance. This is the mantra that the human race should live by from now on. I have been reading a lot about life in the past few months and the many ways that one can improve yourself, bring about success and be overall happy with what you have. This isn’t a promotion of complacency, but simply a guide on how to bring about abundance to your life with the tools that you already have. There are no purchases necessary, nor do you have to buy into any new age philosophy - all you have to do is read and think about the 10 simple ways to bring abundance to your life.

Want. You need to have the desire to be better, to excel. If you are happy with the meagre possessions that you have then you will never want to climb the tower of Babel and learn the world’s knowledge. You must have desire, you must have drive and most importantly you must bring back that ambition back into your life.

Speak. Speak about your problems to other people and listen to a wide range of advice. Vocalize your ambitions, and never be afraid to ask questions and clarify your doubts.

Analyse yourself and ask questions that could wake you up from the sleep and lull that has been holding you back.

Identify your problems.

Stop making excuses for yourself and start to act. You have to start somewhere and you can’t always have something that is in the way of your success.

Deadlines. Have them. Plan a calendar of your life and set objectives of where you want to be in a few months down to road and how you can be closer to your aims in life.

Keep a journal and pen down your thoughts as you go about the business of bringing abundance to yourself.

Think positive. If there are people around you who are bringing you down, then it’s time to consider asking them to keep their distance.

Don’t be afraid to try new things, only when you are able to do this can you learn and improve yourself.

Be confident in everything that you do and soon you will attain a natural charisma that will allow you to exude an air of success that will naturally attract abundance to life.

These are the ten ways that can help you to bring back abundance back into your life. Of course these are just pointers and when you start you will realise the entire paradigm that must be overcome and factors that have to be considered before anything can truly happen. It’s like an investment into the stock market, it has to be nurtured and failures are part and parcel of the road to profits. This is the same rationale for your life and when you want to bring abundance about to your life. Once you get started you realise one thing, you never want to stop and soon you will laughing all the way to the emotional and spiritual and hopefully, monetary bank.
