In order for this to work properly, you must have already performed the Opening of the Third Eye. I KNOW IM REPEATING MYSELF BUT IT IS IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!

The effects of this exercise are extremely pleasurable. A feeling of lightness should follow. Some people may feel energy or tingling inside their heads, or completely covering their heads; a slight pressure in the crown area and intense euphoria. The pleasant light feeling is what makes astral projection and astral travel easy. The bliss state can occur hours and even days later.

When done properly, this exercise will stimulate the pineal gland and crown chakra.

By continually stimulating the pineal gland, it will grow and become active.

The pineal gland is the psychic seat of the soul. It is based on the Björk rune.

Opening this pathway is also very healing for drug addicts as it naturally induces extreme pleasure.

This exercise should be done only to initially open your crown chakra and stimulate your pineal gland. The vibration is very intense and effective, but produces quite a headache which can occur the following day. If your crown chakra is open, you will feel a lightness and a sense of bliss. If you do not experience these indications after a period of 4-5 days, you can redo this exercise again as many times as needed to open your crown.

After this initial exercise, there are different meditations you can do to activate your pineal gland and stimulate your crown chakra further. I will be adding these to the meditation section later.

1. Breath in deeply and hold your breath for a count of 4; do this 5 times. This helps you to be relaxed, focused and enter into a trance state. Then focus all of your concentration on your 3rd eye. You should begin to feel a slight pressure sensation or awareness of your 3rd eye.

2. Now, place your hands in the position where yoour thumbs touch and your index fingers touch. It should look like a pyramid. This connects the electicity and guids it to the crown and pineal. Take a deep breath as you did for the awakening one exercise and hold it for as long as comfortable - (do not push this) and release your breath vibrating b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b (vibrate with a deep, soft hum with the lips almost closed) The vibration should sound like a bee. The bee was sacred in Ancient Egypt and many other ancient cultures for this very reason.

It is ok to adjust your pitch. You should focus on and feel the vibration in your third eye, then focus on your pineal gland. You should be 1/3rd the way through of your drawn out vibrating exhale and feel the vibration in your pineal gland. Then focus on your crown chakra and feel the vibration in your crown chakra and continue to extend your exhale as long as you are able to. Breath in again, repeat this 4 times.

This exercise is extremely POWERFUL.

Now, VERY IMPORTANT - Remember to concentrate on your forehead (3rd eye area), then your pineal gland and finally your crown chakra. You should regulate the exhale so it evens out. This is done for the duration of each chant.

Summary:

1. Breath in

2. Begin to exhale, vibrating b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b

3. Concentrate on and feel the vibration in your 3rd eye

4. Concentrate on and feel the vibration in your pineal gland

5. Concentrate on and feel the vibration in your crown chakra

Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 times.

Now align your crown chakra by visualizing it point down. Think of your chakra as a pyramid. Point this pyramid down so the flat base of it is on the top of your head and the point is inside your head.

Opening the Throat chakra.

To activate the throat chakra, fold your hands together as in the photo in my photo albums named throat chakra,also under the attachments. thumbs touching side by side- do not fold the thumbs. Take a deep breath; hold as in the other awakening exercises and then vibrate: “Nebo” until your breath is fully released.

N-N-N-N-EH-EH-EH-EH-B-B-B-B-OH-OH-OH-OH

The important thing is to feel it strongly in your throat, above the hollow. Do this 5-7 times. Remember- getting the correct tone can take some practice. The chant should vibrate your throat area. This exercise can be done once a week or more as needed.

Now align your throat chakra point down as you did in the above exercise. The upside pyramid in the middle of your throat.

Oftentimes, when you have a project, you can’t avoid having questions in your mind. Most individuals are like that and so they try to come up with solutions or alternatives to answer those  questions. Are you one of them? If you are, then you will benefit a lot from this mind mapping info.

When you’re doing something which involves high stakes, it’s natural for you to draw some kind of diagram so that you can visualize the obstacles ahead while seeing your ultimate goal at the end.

The diagrams you drew may be very simple lines or complex models but whatever it looks like, it can be considered as mind maps. When you make a decision, you will often encounter outer forces which can be responsible for some changes in the outcome. How do you respond to such forces and changes? By answering this question, you might be able to highlight the unrecognized linkages.

Once you master mind mapping, complex situations can be simplified so that you can arrive at the best possible decision. All the possible consequences to a certain action can also be determined; at the same time, you can uncover linkages. Practice mind mapping now so that you can face any situation, no matter how hard it is.

Hypnosis has long been on the scene as a way to curb the most destructive habits, to make people cluck like chickens and all sorts of other reasons. Relax

In order to cause yourself to go into the deep, subconscious state of mind that it takes to undergo hypnosis, you must relax completely. If you go see a hypnotist, you’ll find yourself being told to completely relax. You’ll probably be told to close your eyes and to feel each body part completely relaxing. Feel your toes relax, then your insteps, the bottoms of your feet, your ankles, your shins, and so on. If a body part still feels tense, you’ll likely be told, tell it to relax. Do this until your entire body is relaxed from the bottoms of your toes to the tops of your head. When you’re completely relaxed, then the person taking you under will tell you to listen to the sound of their voice, or their use some other verbal or audio technique in order to take you further into your subconscious mind.

When you’re in this state, officially under hypnosis, you are bypassing your conscious mind. Your conscious mind is where you actually think about the information coming in. Your conscious mind often discards the things it doesn’t want to hear or thinks are impossible, such as telling yourself to quit smoking. Your conscious mind will say, “But I want a cigarette.” But when you bypass your conscious mind and information goes right to your subconscious mind, that’s when you are most susceptible to new information, suggestions, and that’s when you can be instructed to break habits and even be taught how to succeed.

You Have To Want It

Hypnosis can work. It can be used for entertainment purposes as well as health purposes. It can even be used for self improvement purposes. However, you have to want to go under. You have to try and actually make effort to complete the instructions that the hypnotist gives you. If not, no amount of suggestion is going to work and everyone involved will have wasted their time. A Personal Improvement Lesson: The Obvious Secret Of Achieving Your Greater Goals

If you do what you’re expected to do, don’t expect an outstanding result, my friend.

Study successful people and you’ll sure to discover one thing that many of them would have in common… they live by that words of “always do more than what is expected of you.”

I don’t care. It could be sleeping an hour less everyday to have more time to build your wealth or whatsoever.

Whether you are mowing people’s lawn or someone is mowing your lawn, when you are teaching a seminar or being a participant, or when sharing your knowledge or giving advice to your people, always do or give more than what people expect. Then they will flock around you, they will line up to meet you and be happy to support you in whatever thing that you want to do next.

If you’re training to be a champion, don’t just train like an average player. Train more than you’re expected to train.

If you’re building a multi-level marketing business, increase the numbers of prospects you would like to meet everyday. If it used to be 10, now you would have at least 12. By just increasing your effort 20%, you’ll end up with 60 new prospects a month. Now, that’s what I called exponential.

Trying to win a girl’s heart? I’m not surprise that you could be “competing” with three other guys for the same girl. And you can only win if you’re giving more than all of them if everyone’s equal. I’m not saying giving more money or buying stuff’ give love, time or whatever that counts to her.

Whenever you are interacting with people or in a relationship, treat the other party extremely well.

Whatever is expected of you in that relationship, be it with your girlfriend or business partner or client, your spouse or your friend, always do or give more than what is expected of you in that relationship for that is the secret of making it a success.

It is not that you have to do or give a whole lot more; you have to do just a little bit more than the rest. That’s it. The 10mm-difference is what Anthony Robbins calls it for you to become outstanding… in any undertaking.

To do this, it’s not difficult. But most people are just too lazy to put in the effort. I’m one of them but I’ll always keep reminding myself this- winner takes all. There is no second place, my friend. I would rather strive with the extra effort to get #1 because the pay off is many times greater.

Do you remember who the second best basketball player is? Nope. You can remember Michael Jordan because he’s #1. In fact, as far as I know, there’s no such place as ‘the second best basketball player’.

Who’s the second fastest runner in the world? Who knows. I just know the #1.

Others have called this ‘more than expected attitude’ as ‘going for the extra mile’. Notice that they don’t say the extra 10 miles.

How come?

Because the average persons don’t bother to do more than what is expected of them. I know it’s sad but that’s the truth.

To most people, “always do more than what is expected of you” are mere words and they don’t put substance to it because people are greedy and they just want to do the bare minimum to make money, to make a profit or whatever.

And guess what… successful people are never your average people.

To be generous and to treat others extremely well, you must come from the perspective of abundance thinking. Then only “always doing more than what is expected of you” will come easy and naturally.

So the next time you are with somebody, or in a business negotiation, or just interacting with another person, ask how can I help you… without even expecting any return.

As the other saying goes, commonly heard in personal improvement — you have to give, in order to get. In fact, if you want to gather riches you have to be as generous as you can. Touch people’s lives profoundly, in ways that they would never forget. Give it forward… help another and that person will help another. Always do more than what is expected of you. Do this and the reward will come to you 10 folds or 100 folds when you are least expecting it.

Do you think you can do more than what you’re doing today? Of course you can. The question is… DO YOU WANT OR NOT? You’ll have to decide for your own future on that.

How to Get Rid Of Your Arachnophobia

If you suffer from arachnophobia (fear of spiders), what options do you have?

You can stand there screaming or dash out of the room to find assistance from a family member who doesn’t suffer from the same fear of these off looking creatures.

Or if you’re on your own, maybe you grab the vacuum cleaner and kill the poor creature in the guts of the machine.

In the short term, one of these options probably the only solution open to you.

But let’s face the facts, you’re hundreds of times bigger than even the beastliest spider. So why should you let nature’s fly catchers dominate your life?

Start by finding out how deep your spider phobia is. My guess is that because you’re on this page, you’re OK with the actual printed word “spider”. But you’d likely prefer not to get any closer than that.

I could suggest that you look at some pictures of spiders to accustom yourself to them, but most people never take this option. If you’re feeling brave, give this a go now, but don’t worry if you don’t.

Instead, see if you can remember the time and place you first learned to be scared of spiders. Were you afraid of the spider? Or was it the creepy feeling you get when you accidentally brush your face into a spider’s web? If it’s this second option, your thoughts have probably been reinforced by movies - cobwebs feature in a large number of horror movies.

Then take yourself back a few more hours. Were you actually happily playing with a spider when your mother found you and started screaming? If so, that is near enough guaranteed to be the exact time you learned that being afraid of spiders was normal, rather than letting them go ahead and merrily catch flies.
